Gwyneth Paltrow says her ex-husband Chris Martin is now more “like a brother” to her, which is maybe not as cute as she thinks it is.

You made children together! Stop!

Gwynnie recently got engaged to her new man, TV producer Brad Falchuk, but famously still has a great relationship with Chris.

She told Stephen Colbert:

He’s really like my brother, we’re very familial. Divorce is terrible, it was very painful… We really genuinely wanted our kids to be as unscathed as possible. We thought if we could maintain the family even though we weren’t a couple, that was kind of the goal.

That IS nice, but maybe stop calling him your brother. For the kids’ sake. (Metro)

James Franco was digitally removed from the cover of Vanity Fair’s Hollywood issue in light of the sexual misconduct allegations against him.

At least five women have accused The Disaster Artist director of sexually harassing them, including a former student at the film school founded by Franco.

He was originally featured in the Vanity Fair spread alongside celebrities like Oprah and Tom Hanks, but got edited out at the last minute:

We made a decision not to include James Franco on the Hollywood cover once we learned of the misconduct allegations against him.

Octavia Spencer explained how Jessica Chastain helped her make five times her regular salary.

The two actresses have been friends since they first worked together on 2011′s The Help, and are set to make a Christmas comedy together.

Speaking at Sundance film festival, the Oscar-winner said that Jessica helped her earn five times more than usual by tying her own deal to Octavia’s:

[Jessica] said: “Octavia, we’re going to get you paid on this film… You and I are going to be tied together. We’re going to be favoured nations, and we’re going to make the same thing.” And fast forward to last week, we’re making five times what we asked for.

“I love that woman, because she’s walking the walk and actually talking the talk,” Octavia said. Sisterhood! (BBC)
